Description

Heavy copper anklet [1 of a pair]. The ends have been flattened and a broad crack runs through from the centre. This has possibly been prised off someone and used again. According to previous cataloguing information, it is possible that the item may have been reused for edilo [due to pocked exterior]. Was worn by middle-aged man's grandmother. [FHM15/08/2019]
