Description
Physical Description: Single strand necklace made from the double pronged thorns of the acacia tree, interspersed with cylindrical wooden beads. Strung on fibre and tied together to form a loop.
Contextual Description: Made from Mabitla a mosu. Acacia tortilis (mabitla a means thorns of, mosu means acacia tree). Above is Tswana name. Can also be called '/gali' in '!Kung' which is a widely spoken Sawra language. (/g is a nasal click sound, !K is a front of the palette click sound). TS comments
