The Willoughby Collections Catalogue
Creator
Subject
A printed catalogue featuring photographs and information about the Botswana collections at Brighton Museum.
Description
From the outset of the project Winani Thebele was keen to have a printed catalogue of the collections in Brighton and over the last year she has been working with designers and the rest of the MAC team to put this catalogue together.
We were keen that the collections were made as widely accessible as possible in Botswana and this is one strategy for achieving that (see alsoThen We Were Bechuana). The catalogue reflects the work we have done, provides images and brief details of the collection and introduces the exhibition at the Khama Memorial Museum. We have also included a section on what we found in other archives relating to Willoughby and a short biography of Willoughby, we hope that this will be useful to researchers who come after us.
